About The Role

The main purpose of the role is to assist primarily Sales (new sales) and CSM (up/cross-sales) with understanding and defining the required scope to meet Customers’ needs. The role also focuses on managing the opportunity together with the BDM in a way that utilises the rest of the organisation’s resources as scarcely as possible. As a trusted advisor to the BDM, we are responsible, together with the BDM, of ensuring that the prospect fits Enfuce CaaS model, target segment and size, validating any R&D needs, as well as our risk and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deep ecosystem knowledge - We do this through aligning with important stakeholders, such as Partner relations and Product & Tech to always be on top of new features, products and Enfuce’s roadmap. We also keep ourselves educated about the industry, trends and competitor actions to maintain our expertise that is key to the role.
  • Scoping - To scope and ensure feasibility from Enfuce CaaS perspective we build an unwavering understanding of the opportunity and what the prospect aim to accomplish. Through listening, and dialogue we showcase Enfuce’s value as a trusted payment processing partner.
  • System & Reporting - Keeping Salesforce up to date with our findings related to ongoing opportunities. Solution Consultants own the Program Scope Form content which should act as the guiding principle for onboarding managers when it comes to agreed scope.
  • Deal review – Solution Consultants are key members of the Deal Desk committee, making sure that all opportunities are properly qualified and that the BDM’s issuing a value proposal, deliver the key value points of differentiation.
  • Contract drafting – Solutions Consultant’s draft Schedules 2 & 3 (Products & Scope) in CaaS Agreements, which is the starting point for legal team to draft a contract/agreement.
  • Support implementation - Follow and take a consultative part of the implementation project to help the Onboarding manager maintain the red thread of what was discussed and decided during the sales cycle.
