Role

Senior Solution Manager, Global ERP We’re currently looking for a Senior Solution Manager, Global ERP to join our global IT organization in Espoo. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the global ERP/Application life-cycle across Huhtamaki, as well as managing a team of experienced IT professionals.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Platforms and be part of the global business platforms team within IT. The role works closely with a number of key internal and external stakeholders.

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our global HQ in Espoo, Finland 4 days per week with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the Global ERP/Application life-cycle (continuous development, testing, service management and solution architecture/roadmaps) and ensuring the availability and reliability of the services.
• Own environment management for the Global ERP ecosystem: manage updates, roadmaps, service metrics, and KPIs.
• Act as “Platform Owner” and Service Manager for our Oracle Fusion ERP solutions—including leading AMS transitions for new and existing services.
• Lead and manage a team of Global Solution Design Owners and manage internal experts as well as external ecosystem partners to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Act as the IT interface towards business/functions for ERP demand management process and ensure business alignment of the solution.
• Plan, control, and report on total Global ERP service-related IT costs, including budgeting, licensing, and invoice management.
• Participate in decision-making forums to support or drive ERP strategies and priorities.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and business alignment throughout the ERP ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong service mindset across the Global ERP/Application and 3rd party application landscape.
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion would be advantageous.
• Previous experience managing a team of IT experts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution capabilities.
• Solid understanding of service management working practices and processes and technical knowledge.
• Ability to visualize and document concepts in an easily communicated way.
• Ability to lead solution design work with both internal and external subject matter experts.
• Cooperative and skilled at influencing without direct authority.
