Job summary

Elisa is building autonomous network operations and looking for two (Senior) Software Developers to join the Autonomous Network Operations team. You’ll work on event-driven microservices in Golang, run on Google Cloud, and engage with spatial data, graph databases and modern tools like TypeScript/React.

The role supports a hybrid model with home offices in Helsinki, Tampere or Jyväskylä. You’ll join a new team blending network domain expertise with software engineering, follow agile practices,

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with databases.
• Experience with cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with event-driven microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Willingness to learn networking and network automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for autonomous network operations and data modelling.
• Collaborate in agile development practices and maintain low technical debt.
• Build cloud-native microservices using Golang and Kubernetes.
• Work with spatial data, graph databases and modern frontend tools as needed.
