Overview

We are looking for a (Senior) Software Designer to join our team in Jyväskylä. You can be at the beginning of your career journey or already an experienced professional.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for communication and control devices used in electricity metering and energy management solutions.
• Plan, design, implement and test software running on embedded Linux.
• Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for your deliverables.
• Collaborate and share information with your own and other teams in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• SW engineering background.
• Experience in software development on top of embedded Linux is required.
• Experience in C, C++ and/or Python programming languages is highly appreciated.
• Technical know-how of embedded Linux frameworks, open-source projects, cellular modems, electronics and microchips, as well as REST API, is beneficial.
• Good English skills in a truly international environment.
