Job summary

Fortum Finance organisation is leading a SAP ERP transformation from the corporate head office in Espoo, Finland. The role focuses on shaping a clean SAP core architecture, guiding development teams and stakeholders, and ensuring go-live readiness across a large enterprise.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end process development, maintain the SAP landscape, and support continuous development post go-live within a hybrid work model in Espoo 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Data or similar field.
• Minimum seven years of experience working with SAP solutions (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, ECC, Ariba).
• Experience in large-scale ERP implementations, mergers and transformation projects.
• Excellent cross-SAP module and function end-to-end process development.

Responsibilities

• Shape Fortum SAP clean core architecture and design SAP standard process technical solution roadmaps.
• Provide coaching and guidance to development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Lead solution-related decision making and ensure processes consistency.
• Drive and support testing, validation and ensure go-live readiness.
• After go-live, act as a key expert in continuous development and lifecycle management.
• Maintain SAP functionality, application landscape and data flow documentation.
