GameBook, a tech company headquartered in Espoo, Finland, is dedicated in enhancing the joy of golf through our world-class mobile application, Golf GameBook.In addition to our consumer application, we also provide a web-basedTournament Manager service, a tool used by golf clubs, event organizers, business brandsand buddy groupsto manage golf tournaments. Together, these products form a unique ecosystem for golfers and businesses alike.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team at Golf GameBook.

In this role, you will take part in the end-to-end design of product features – from concept to polished experience.

You will be responsible for improving the usability, clarity, and visual consistency of our Tournament Managerproduct andrelated online services. You will play a key role in building a scalable design system, untangling years of accumulated complexity, and ensuring our products deliver intuitive and enjoyable experiences for golfers and clubs around the world.

You will work as part of our Design team and collaborate closely with our Design Lead, as well as with our Product and Development teams. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape the future of our digital products.

We follow a hybrid model, primarily working from our Espoo office. We would prefer that you already live in the Helsinki metropolitan area or are willing to relocate here.

Main responsibilities

• Drive design efforts for our Tournament Manager and related online services, focusing on end-to-end design of product features, usability, clarity, and user-friendly workflows.
• Key role in building and maintaining a design system to bring consistency and scalability to both our web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners and developers to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to support design decisions.
• Ensure our design files are organized, scalable, and easy to collaborate on.
• Contribute to the design of our mobile app, ensuring synergy between the app and Tournament Manager.
• Advocate for a user-centered design process across the company.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role, ideally with complex web applications.
• Strong track record in designing clear, user-friendly solutions for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience in design systems: building, maintaining, and rolling out scalable component libraries.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Excellent skills in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience in performing user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to balance big-picture UX thinking with attention to visual detail.
• Strong collaboration skills – able to work across teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and pushing initiatives forward.

Preferred skills:

• Understanding of front-end technologies and how designs translate into development.
• Previous experience in B2B software design or SaaS products.
• Interest in sports or golf is a plus, but not required.
