About The Role

We are now looking for a fluent in Finnish, experienced, user-centric Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive, impactful, and beautiful experiences for thousands of healthcare professionals and their patients.

You will own the design process for key features across two distinct yet connected products, Diarum and Nordhealth’s Booking Portal.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead the end-to-end design process: From initial research and discovery, through wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to delivering high-fidelity UI designs that are usable, useful and delightful for our users.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team: You will work daily with other Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Champion user-centricity: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with Finnish healthcare professionals and patients to gain deep insights and validate your design decisions.
• Create and maintain design consistency: Use our evolving design system to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience across all our products.
• Solve complex problems: Untangle intricate user workflows and present complex information in a simple, clear, and accessible way.
• Mentor and inspire: Share your knowledge with other designers and advocate for design thinking and best practices throughout the organization.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, You Have Already Gained Some Experience From Working In a Fast Growing, Global SaaS Company.

• Significant Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products (web and/or mobile). Your portfolio should demonstrate your process from research to final design.
• Fluency in Finnish is a requirement: You must have professional working proficiency in Finnish (both written and spoken) to effectively conduct user research with our local users and understand market-specific nuances. You also need professional working proficiency in English, as it is our company's working language.
• Expert in Design Tooling: High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Excellent Communicator: You are able to clearly articulate your design rationale, give and receive constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Empathy and Passion: You are deeply empathetic towards users and passionate about solving real-world problems in the healthcare space.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for SaaS or complex B2B applications.
• Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry.
• Experience designing products for both professional (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences.
