Job summary
Skeleton Technologies in Finland seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead development of advanced power electronics for Solid State Transformer applications in datacenters, shaping architecture and roadmaps while mentoring teams.
You will drive research projects, act as SME in customer projects, and push development processes and tools. MSc/PhD and strong analog/digital design, EMC, and power electronics expertise are required.
Qualifications
- Strong analog and digital electronics design expertise with simulation, schematics, layout, EMC, thermal design, and functional safety.
- Experience with product testing, qualification, and relevant standards.
- Proven electronics architecture design experience and technical leadership.
- Full product development lifecycle experience in automotive or similar industries.
- Background in power electronics and energy storage applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop Solid State Transformers for Datacenters.
- Lead electronics and product architecture development.
- Work as a subject matter expert in customer projects.
- Drive company's technology and product roadmap development.
- Lead and plan research projects.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Drive electronics development process and tool development.
