Sievo, a leading data and SaaS company in Finland, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Classification product team in Helsinki. You will define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive growth while working in a hybrid office model in Helsinki.

You will interact with customers and internal teams to understand needs, set the product direction, and deliver results. A strong background in product management, cross-functional leadership, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to translate complex problems for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand needs and define problems to solve.
• Learn about trends and competition in the market with genuine curiosity.
• Build a product vision and strategy; drive this product group to success.
• Prioritize development and plan and deliver the roadmap with the development team; own the domain end-to-end.
• Lead the team alongside the Engineering Manager and coach one direct report.
• Ensure the team has customer and business context for decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go-to-market plans and strategies.
