Overview

Are you passionate about building smart, scalable digital solutions that empower sales teams? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Platform Developer to help shape the future of digital sales excellence at Sanoma B2B Media Sales. As a Senior Automation Developer, you’ll join Sanoma’s B2B Digital Sales Excellence Domain, where we modernize and digitalize media sales workflows using cutting-edge platforms and technologies. Our mission is to design and support innovative sales solutions in close collaboration with the sales organization. You’ll work in agile, customer-centric, cross-functional teams composed of professionals with complementary skills and shared goals, led by a Team Lead. Your home base will be the Application Management competence area, where we develop our expertise in the development, testing, automation, and management of technology services—especially commercial no-code/low-code IT solutions and their integrations.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • You are passionate about and bring senior-level expertise in sales technologies and a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to campaign booking—enabling you to design solutions that truly support and enhance sales operations.
  • You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Platform or similar CRM platform along with a strong interest in exploring AI agent technologies.
  • You can translate business goals into concrete technical solutions and manage the full lifecycle of SaaS services with a solid understanding of security and practical AI applications.
  • You are committed to continuously improving development practices, technology ecosystems, data management, and automation.
  • You enjoy collaboration and sharing your expertise—even across organizational boundaries.
  • You have good communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the sales technology ecosystem with a focus on business value and scalability.
  • Design and implement solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, and AI technologies.
  • Lead technical design discussions and ensure Sanoma Media Finland B2B level architectural alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the Application Management competence area.
  • Ensure quality and maintainability through best practices in testing, documentation, and DevOps.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively address technical debt and improvement opportunities.
Preferred qualifications
  • We utilize Salesforce internally, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Prior experience with these products is highly valued.
  • Exposure to Agentforce, AI agent frameworks, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Software development understanding would be a plus.
