Job summary

Collen Construction is seeking a skilled Planning/Contracts professional to lead the Project Construction Programme in Helsinki, Finland. You will create and maintain short-term and area programmes, and coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role reports to the Contracts Manager and Planning Department Manager. You will deliver weekly progress reports, track Earned Value, and support client and internal reporting for large-scale construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level qualification in a related field is required.
• 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role is required.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and MS Project.
• Computer literate with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Project Construction Programme.
• Create, manage, and update short-term, area, and trade programmes.
• Integrate procurement and information schedules within the overall Programme.
• Prepare detailed weekly progress reports for the Contracts Manager and Client.
• Develop progress monitoring techniques and reporting.
• Load manpower and cost into the Project Construction Programme.
• Monitor Earned Value and produce client and internal progress S-Curves.
• Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules within the overall Project Team.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor design, approval and off-site production.
• Update the Design Programme with the Design Manager.
• Attend Client, Subcontractor, and Supplier progress meetings.
• Compare original vs actual progress and prepare as-built programmes.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure consistent planning and reporting.
