Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior Manager of Process Engineering to lead a team of process engineers focused on development, validation, and industrialization of our hardware products. You will guide process capabilities, drive design for manufacturability, and partner with mechanical, electrical, quality, and operations teams to achieve mass production readiness.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of engineers and cross-functional teams.
Strong background in process development, validation and industrialization for high-volume manufacturing.
Experience with miniature electronics assemblies and related tooling/automation.
Deep expertise in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Clear cross-functional influence and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of process engineers and set priorities.
Define and drive the process engineering roadmap across programs.
Lead process development, validation and design transfer from EVT/DVT to mass production.
Drive DFM/DFM decisions with cross-functional teams early in design.
Lead troubleshooting and CAPA activities (DOE, 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
Own readiness for NPI builds and ramp-up with internal teams and partners.
Ensure process capability and documentation (Cp/Cpk, GR&R, PFMEAs).
Drive yield improvements and scalable standards across production lines.
Collaborate with global factories and suppliers on readiness and risk.
