Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) to provide strategic, high-autonomy legal support across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters worldwide from a fully remote setup. You will partner with CEOs and senior leaders, steer international expansion projects, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and oversee external counsel while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.

This high-autonomy, high-impact role combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will act as a strategic legal partner, supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives.


• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, etc.).


• Support corporate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures.
