If P&C Insurance Ltd. in Espoo/ Turku, Finland, is expanding If Business across the Nordics, we are hiring four Mobile Software Engineers to build a scalable React Native/Expo platform. Join a cross-functional squad and influence architecture, testing, and AI-powered customer journeys.

You'll work with React Native, Expo, and TypeScript to ship production mobile apps across Nordic markets, with a hybrid work model in Espoo or Turku, Finland. Start date ASAP, application deadline 19 November 2026.

Help us take If Business from Denmark across the Nordics. We've recently launched If Business in Denmark, our mobile application for B2B customers in the small and medium enterprise segment. Now we're looking for four Mobile Software Engineers to help us take the product to other Nordic markets. The product is live, the platform is new, and the Nordic journey is just beginning. You'll have the opportunity to influence how our React Native and Expo platform evolves, how we use AI in our engineering craft, and how we scale a shared mobile platform across applications and markets. And you'll do it with the scale and stability of the largest insurer in the Nordics behind you. We're looking for both senior engineers and mid-level developers eager to grow.

About the role

You’ll join our Mobile Tribe and work on a new mobile platform built from the ground up this year. Our core stack is React Native, Expo, and TypeScript, and we’re actively exploring how AI can improve both our engineering practices and the customer experience. We want engineers who contribute their thinking, not only their code.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building and evolving If Business using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript

About the team

You’ll join the Commercial App squad within our Mobile Tribe, part of the IT Sales & Services unit. The squad currently consists of six people based in Finland and Denmark, working together across disciplines to build and evolve If Business mobile app. We value openness, collaboration and curiosity. We like people who bring ideas forward, explore different solutions and take ownership, while working together and helping each other succeed. With four new engineers joining, you’ll also have a real opportunity to shape how the team works and the engineering culture we build together.

You have:

We work in a hybrid model and spend three days a week together at the office.
