Smartly seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer to shape the TikTok offering for large advertisers, enabling creation, management, automation, and optimization at scale. You’ll own development end-to-end across the stack, from UX to services and integrations, with opportunities to explore AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and operating production-grade applications across the stack, ideally with TypeScript, Node.js, and React or similar technologies.
• Experience taking product capabilities end-to-end, from customer-facing experiences to backend services and APIs.
• Ability to design distributed systems and work with asynchronous, event-driven architectures at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own significant TikTok product capabilities end-to-end, from customer-facing experiences to the services and APIs behind them.
• Build intuitive, high-quality user experiences for creating, managing, and automating advertising campaigns.
• Design and operate distributed, data-intensive systems and services at scale.
• Build and evolve APIs and integrations that connect Smartly with TikTok and the rest of our platform.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions across the stack and contribute to long-term technical direction.
• Partner with product and design to understand customer problems and shape solutions.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure consistent experience across Smartly’s platform.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for engineering quality and practices.
