Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help build merchant-focused products across the stack. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design and data teams to deliver reliable APIs, services, and user-facing features. Strong AI-first mindset and experience in Go, Kotlin, TypeScript/React is ideal.

Based in Helsinki or Berlin on a hybrid basis, you’ll contribute to scalable, observable systems while expanding capabilities across our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production software across backend, frontend, or fullstack.
• Comfort with APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
• Ability to work across boundaries and explain technical decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications.
• Develop APIs, data models, services, and features for merchants and users.
• Collaborate with product, design, data and operations to translate business needs.
• Own features end-to-end from implementation to production and maintenance.
• Contribute to design discussions and improve scalability, observability, and maintainability.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly within the engineering workflow.
