About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will contribute to the Tooling and Releases squads, building the heartbeat of Oura’s operations. You will focus on creating an AI-powered internal hub and bespoke tooling that empowers teams to scale without compromising speed. This role combines discovery work with high‑impact execution in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Work tasks

• Design and implement secure, scalable internal applications for feature rollouts and troubleshooting workflows.
• Lead frontend excellence by creating performant UIs using TypeScript with React or Vue and Vite.
• Develop high‑availability, low‑latency backend services using Python or Rust.
• Integrate AI agentic workflows and tools to fundamentally reshape and accelerate the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to translate complex needs into developer experiences.
• Manage and scale cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi and Helm.
• Champion engineering excellence through continuous operational improvements and modern monitoring patterns.

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
• Deep experience with AI agentic workflows and tools such as Cursor or agentic CLIs.
• Strong proficiency in building production‑grade APIs and services with Python or Rust.
• Solid competence working with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or Redis.
• Practical experience with AWS, containerization, and a DevOps mindset toward monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Meritorious if you have

• Experience with Rust, Vite, Pulumi, or Helm.
• Knowledge of micro‑frontend architectures and state management.
• Proven interest in improving developer productivity (DevX) through tooling.
