Job summary

Blueprint Genetics, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join the Solution Engineering team in Espoo, Finland. You will work across the full stack, modernize platforms, and help implement AI-assisted development practices in a regulated clinical lab environment.

You’ll collaborate with Bioinformatics, Data Science and IT Operations, design cloud-native solutions in AWS, and drive secure, compliant deployments while mentoring others and advancing engineering

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• ≥5 years of experience as a Fullstack developer
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and API design
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong teamwork and ability to mentor others

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain features across web platforms for customers and clinicians
• Work across the full stack: TypeScript front ends (React/Next.js/Angular), Node.js, Go and PHP back ends with relational DBs
• Build and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to keep infrastructure secure and compliant
• Partner with Product, Bioinformatics and clinical teams to translate needs into software
• Integrate internal platforms with external partners and bioinformatics pipelines
• Support regulated software processes and documentation for medical device software
• Follow AI-forward development using GitHub, Jira, Confluence and Slack with agentic tooling
