Job summary

Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care with interoperable software. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build Data and AI Driven Applications on top of Data Platforms in Lifecare, doing both front- and backend work.

You’ll join a diverse team of top-tier developers, data architects, data scientists, and other experts, with assignments tailored to your background and interests.

Qualifications

• Professional SW development experience (5+ years), front- and backend.
• Strong track record in React, Typescript, Node.js.
• Hands-on with containers (Kubernetes), PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Terraform.
• Working experience in Azure and DevOps.
• Experience developing AI-driven widgets or interactive components with ML models.
• Ability to work with APIs and data pipelines for near real-time analytics.
• Developing data and AI-driven solutions to health and social care is valued.
• Curiosity, ownership, honesty and openness as a team member.
• Excellent Finnish and English communication.
