Tieto Caretech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build AI-enabled health tech solutions. You will work on front and back end, integrating data platforms and AI-driven features while collaborating with data scientists and architects across a diverse, global team.

The role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and a strong product focus, with a flexible hybrid work model across sites and regions. Fluency in Finnish and English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional software development experience in front and backend.
• Strong React, TypeScript, and Node.js experience.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Terraform.
• Experience with Azure and DevOps.
• Experience developing AI-driven widgets or integrating LLMs and ML models.
• Experience with APIs and data pipelines delivering near real-time analytics.
• Experience building data and AI-driven health and social care solutions.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Ownership mindset and collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design products and services on Data Platforms in Lifecare.
• Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and engineers to deliver features.
• Tailor assignments to individual background and interests.
