Job summary

Unigraf Oy in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Senior FPGA Engineer to develop FPGA-based systems at the core of our test equipment. You will cover RTL design, integration, simulation, synthesis, debugging and hardware testing across multiple FPGA platforms.

Join cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware and software to impact performance and capabilities of products used by leading electronics manufacturers worldwide. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on FPGA design experience with Verilog and/or VHDL.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architecture, digital logic, Timing Closure and CDC/RDC.
• Experience with Quartus and/or Vivado across full FPGA development flow.
• Experience with DDR3/4, I2C, SPI, RS232 interfaces.
• Experience developing testbenches with Modelsim/Questa and debugging tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate FPGA components and systems.
• Add features to third-party IPs.
• Integrate RTL components into multiple FPGA platforms.
• Debug, maintain and optimize FPGA designs.
• Conduct design, simulation, synthesis and hardware testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware and software teams and document work.
