Job summary

Cloud Protection by WithSecure in Helsinki seeks a hands-on Senior Financial Controller. You will own core financial controlling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and contribute to finance projects, driving improvements across regions.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and sits in a collaborative international team. With strong technical finance expertise and a builder mentality, you will shape processes, work across countries, and partner with external advisors.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis.
• Strong finance and accounting fundamentals (IFRS).
• Experience with outsourced finance and multi-country coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Ensure timely financial reporting across countries.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead finance transformation and process improvements.
• Coordinate outsourcing of finance activities and tax matters.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners.
• Support internal control and risk management.
