Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Architect for the Nordics region to act as a trusted advisor and operational excellence expert for large enterprise AWS customers.

You will guide strategic cloud adoption, work across engineering and solutions teams, and drive long-term operational strategies to maximize cloud value. In this post-sales advisory role, you will leverage AWS Well-Architected Framework and Trusted Advisor, lead reviews and workshops, mentor other TAMs, and help

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role such as TAM, consultant, solutions architect, or similar.
• Experience across multiple technical domains (Compute/Storage/Networking/SDN/Databases/DevOps/Security).
• Ability to articulate to senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Finnish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise across security, resilience, and efficiency to drive operational excellence.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to drive AWS adoption and maturity.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and other teams to tackle complex business problems.
• Own end-to-end customer technical support and coordinate with engineering teams for long-term strategies.
• Lead architectural reviews and workshops to ensure scalable cloud deployments.
• Identify risks and drive efficiency in customer operations and product adoption.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and events.
• Provide reviews of incidents, metrics, and pre-launch planning in detail.
• Mentor TAMs, participate in hiring, and raise team performance.
• Provide data to TAM community and product teams on what works.
