Job summary

Kempower is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer, Electronics to lead manufacturability, ramp-up readiness, product reliability, and quality of the power modules and PCBA s. You will drive production stability and improve field quality.

Based in Finland with hybrid work options, you’ll collaborate across manufacturing, suppliers and product teams. Occasional travel to supplier sites and customer locations is expected to ensure quality during NPI and ramp-up phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with electronics manufacturing and PCBA processes.
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and production readiness.
FMEA, control plans, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ability to analyze manufacturing/quality data and drive improvements.
Proactive, structured, with strong ownership and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Investigate customer, field, production, and supplier quality issues.
Drive the quality and manufacturability of power modules and PCBA s.
Support new product introduction and production ramp-up activities.
Define and maintain Design for Manufacturing with stakeholders.
Review product and PCBA designs for manufacturability, testability, quality.
Define manufacturing, testing, documentation, traceability and quality control requirements.
Support supplier audits, production readiness reviews, and supplier quality improvement.
