Job summary

Gartner seeks a Senior Director in the BTI group to lead digital asset platform architecture insights and advisory work for global clients. You will shape must-have insights across cross-border payments, tokenization, trading, settlement, custody, and compliance, delivering pragmatic guidance through virtual and on-site engagements.

You will collaborate across analysts to publish research, present at Gartner events, and support sales with market perspectives, while mentoring junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and digital asset regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content for Gartner clients.
• Develop insights to accelerate clients' ability to act and inform strategy.
• Lead research to identify root causes and reframe client challenges.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and establish Insights positions within a team of analysts.
• Provide actionable market trends and guidance for clients and vendors.
• Deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events and client briefings.
