Job summary

Integrify is seeking a Senior Design Engineer for a leading hydraulics-focused partner in Tampere. You will mentor a team of design engineers while hands-on in hydraulic product development, integrating mechanical design with system-level thinking to deliver robust solutions.

You will guide projects from concept through documentation, collaborate with production, sourcing, and service teams, and help shape the next generation of hydraulic technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with Windchill PLM.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, guide and support a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Participate in designing and developing hydraulic products and systems.
• Create and maintain technical drawings and documentation.
• Develop and review hydraulic schematics and concepts.
• Support customer-specific development projects and customization.
• Contribute to lifecycle management and product improvements.
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, service, quality and other teams.
• Share technical guidance and best practices within the team.
