Job summary

Integrify is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our skilled engineering team. This role combines mentoring with hands-on design work in hydraulics, guiding a team of designers while contributing to product development from concept to reality.

You will develop hydraulic systems, create and review schematics, produce technical drawings and documentation, and collaborate with production, sourcing, service and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in mechanical design and product development within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and their practical operation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with 3D CAD design tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with Windchill PLM.
• Ability to support and guide engineers with varying levels of experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both written and spoken.

To support ongoing product development and business growth, we are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team. This role combines mentoring with hands‑on engineering work. You will play a key role in guiding a team of designers while contributing to the development of hydraulic products and systems used in demanding machinery applications. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, product development, and team leadership. You will be involved in both new product development and the continuous enhancement of existing solutions, helping bring innovative hydraulic technologies from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor, guide and support a team of mechanical design engineers.
