CUJO AI is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Platform team in Espoo. You will design, develop and operate the products that enable data analytics across the organization and its customers, primarily using cloud-native AWS solutions and bleeding-edge technology.

Your role includes building high-volume data processing systems, orchestrating micro-services and containers, and contributing to secure, scalable data platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with cloud services, troubleshoooting, and distributed storage platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with cloud services.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of distributed storage platforms (Object Storage, SQL & NoSQL, ...).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ...).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in real and virtual setups.
• Documentation skills (processes, diagrams, technical designs).
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies.
• Passion for software development and engineering.
• Hands‑on and can‑do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective communication with our international team.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation and HashiCorp Terraform.
• Experience with streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, ...).
• Experience with data transformation platforms (Apache Spark, Apache Flink, ...).
• Experience with data analytics and search engines (ElasticSearch, PrestoDB, ...).
• Experience in systems monitoring and performance optimization.

The compensation package is from €5,000 to €6,000 (gross), depending on your experience. We are focused on finding the right person for this role and are open to discussing salary expectations based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
