V7 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Planner in Vaasa, Finland, to own and develop detailed construction programmes across pre-construction, construction and commissioning phases. You will lead a team of engineers and engage with clients and subcontractors to drive programme delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction planning, strong leadership, and familiarity with Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, BIM workflows, and large-scale data centre projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage detailed bid programmes for tender submissions.
• Create and maintain master construction programmes across projects.
• Establish project controls procedures for live projects.
• Present programme progress reviews to senior management.
