About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of SAP Security & GRC solution delivery, guiding customers through complex challenges with confidence and clarity. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, manage key relationships, and ensure that our solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business goals. You will also help internally project team members.

This is a leadership role where your ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate is key — supported by hands-on experience in a few SAP Security areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP Security & GRC solutions in customer projects
• Define role design strategies and ensure alignment with customer business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technical concepts into business value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external service partners and internal stakeholders
• Ensure transparent governance and high-quality delivery – on time, on budget, and fit for purpose
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure solution consistency and scalability
• Support business relationship management and contribute to long-term customer success
  

Work Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience delivering SAP Security and Authorisations projects, changes, fixes, patches, and environment refreshes across functional areas
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience resolving business issues within defined SLAs
• Project management experience in SAP Security initiatives
• Hands-on experience in multiple SAP Security domains, mandatory: you have 1-2 implementation in S4HANA and GRC access control all modules.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and enhancing SAP systems
• Experience in managing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and mentoring team members
• Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party software providers
• Excellent consultancy skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Having SAP certifications / experience in public cloud is considered an advantage.
