We are now looking for a Senior Consultant to join our ICT and Electronics team to build the next projects together with the leading players in the field. In this role, you will work closely with the European microelectronics industry, focusing on understanding our customers’ needs, helping them make sense of complex challenges, and providing strategic advisory and hands-on support to shape their innovation activities and partnerships. You will support customers throughout the entire process, from early-stage ideas to implementing concrete projects, helping them identify impactful opportunities, build collaborations and secure funding to realise their innovation ambitions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the project’s content generation and the direction of open innovation projects focused on ICT and electronics, ensuring alignment with client objectives and funding programmes.
• Provide subject matter expertise in electronics and ICT topics, offering insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor in the ICT and electronics sector.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and strategic discussions.
• Deliver advisory services such as assessments, roadmaps and strategies, providing actionable business insights.
• Contribute to the development of compelling project proposals.
• Drive sales and manage client accounts to identify new opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or related field.
• Preferably 10+ years’ experience in microelectronics, semiconductors, IoT, nanotechnologies or related fields.
• 5+ years’ expertise in RDI roles
• Understanding of electronics industry ecosystems and technical concepts, complemented by a drive for ongoing growth.
• Strong facilitation, consulting and communication skills.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with a proactive, self-driven approach.
• Proven ability to engage and advise diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with funding and EU project proposals is an advantage but not a must.
