A Nordic energy company is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead strategic development and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, business acumen, and fluency in English and Finnish. This role offers a hybrid work model and a supportive workplace culture focused on professional growth.
As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing Fortum’s Nordic portfolio of entrepreneurs and small businesses through a customer-centric approach. You will contribute to the strategic development of the segment at the Nordic level while owning the local segment’s performance - including profitability, customer growth and NPS for both electricity and value-added services.
