Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Finland near Muhos is seeking a BIM Manager with strong data analysis and visualization skills to join the Digital division.

You will lead BIM processes at organisational, programme and project levels, coordinate across teams and ensure data integrity with ACC, Revit and related tools.

The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement, independence, and up-to-date knowledge of ISO19650 standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM management experience on architecture, engineering and construction projects.
• Excellent English (C1 Advanced) written and spoken.
• Advanced skills with ACC configuration and management.
• Authoring BIM documentation such as EIRs, AIRs, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Ability to lead and coordinate BIM on major projects and programmes.
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 standards.
• Consultancy background with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM process at organisational, programme and project level.
• Develop BIM requirements and implementation strategy.
• Execute BIM across project stages; manage information and supply chain.
• Ensure BIM compliance and data verification.
• Lead model assurance activities and run BIM workshops.
