Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems with C# and .NET. You will optimize SQL Server databases and data models, and support complex data integrations in an on‑premises Microsoft environment.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, apply DevOps and IaC practices, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile setup to ensure reliable deployments and performance improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years backend experience with C#/.NET Framework/.NET
• Asset Management domain experience is mandatory
• Strong SQL Server, data modeling and database development skills
• Experience building and maintaining complex integrations and data flows
• Hands-on in on‑premises Microsoft environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes
• Practical DevOps knowledge and IaC
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting, incident mgmt and performance optimization
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and requirements analysis
