Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems with C# and .NET. You will optimize SQL Server databases and data models, and support complex data integrations in an on‑premises Microsoft environment.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, apply DevOps and IaC practices, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile setup to ensure reliable deployments and performance improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years backend experience with C#/.NET Framework/.NET
Asset Management domain experience is mandatory
Strong SQL Server, data modeling and database development skills
Experience building and maintaining complex integrations and data flows
Hands-on in on‑premises Microsoft environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes
Practical DevOps knowledge and IaC
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting, incident mgmt and performance optimization
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and requirements analysis

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET
Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data models

Configure and manage application and integration environments
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles

Must-Have Requirements
