Job summary

Bosch Sensortec is seeking a Senior AMS Verification Engineer for our Finland development centers in Oulu and Espoo to shape mixed-signal IC solutions. You will work on cross-disciplinary teams to advance SoC MEMS+ASIC research and deliver high-quality designs for consumer and industrial applications.

The role requires a strong background in analog/AMS verification, Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS and SystemVerilog, and a degree in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Industrial track record in IC design as a senior analog/AMS engineer.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, block/top-level concepts and transistor-level understanding.
• Experience ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and building top-level schematics.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation as part of an interdisciplinary team developing mixed-signal ICs from concept to implementation.
• Execute comprehensive simulations at transistor, model and top levels to ensure first-time-right ICs.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, software, layout, verification and test teams for optimal system performance.
• Communicate and collaborate within an international, distributed team.
