Job summary

ABB Distribution Solutions in Vaasa, Finland seeks a Security Manager to lead information security, physical security and security operations. You will drive risk management, governance and resilience across the business while collaborating with HSES, IT, HR, Facilities and Legal.

This is a role at the intersection of security, technology and business. You will work with a broad network of stakeholders in Finland and internationally to strengthen protection of people, information and facilities

Qualifications

Experience in information security management systems (ISO 27001) and security risk management.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field; strong collaboration and stakeholder skills.
Fluency in Finnish and English required for local and international work.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop information security management and ISMS activities including audits and improvements.
Develop physical and protective security, access control and site security practices.
Manage security operations, risk and incident management, crisis preparedness and business continuity.
Coordinate security risk assessments, incident response and security awareness programs.
