Job summary

Palmia Oy in Helsinki is seeking a property maintenance worker to keep outdoor areas clean and safe at customer sites, including schools, daycares and housing complexes.

Tasks

• As a property maintenance worker, you will take care of the cleanliness and safety of the outdoor areas of the customer's properties. The tasks performed in the outdoor areas vary seasonally and include, for example, lawn mowing, sand and leaf removal, and snow work performed by hand and by machine.

We take care of the property maintenance of nearly 1,000 service sites, for example in schools and daycares as well as in housing companies. We have about 170 property maintenance professionals working in our customer sites.

Succeed with us

We require from you flexible availability, sufficient Finnish language skills, a B-driver's license and experience in working in physical work.

We value that you are a flexible and customer-oriented employee. We consider previous work experience in property maintenance as well as machine driving skills and the possibility of using your own car as an advantage. We pay mileage compensation for travel. A work safety card is an advantage, but we will train it for you if necessary.
