Qualifications

• Background as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a product development environment.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, systems).
• Ability to facilitate discussions, navigate dependencies, remove obstacles, and build collaboration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Polarion, Confluence or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and planning activities to keep teams aligned and focused on delivering customer value.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and address delivery challenges to improve flow and predictability.
• Drive transparency through planning, progress tracking, metrics, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, systems, and product validation teams to support development outcomes.
