Job summary

MPower Plus in the Helsinki region seeks an experienced SAP program manager to lead S/4HANA initiatives, including Greenfield deployments and multi-country rollouts. You will drive governance, risk management, and KPI tracking to ensure on-time delivery.

You will provide executive dashboards and reports, orchestrate quality gates and QMS-compliant processes, and promote SAP Activate adherence while engaging with stakeholders across regulatory pharma environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations (mandatory).
• Experience in pharma/regulatory environments (preferred).
• Experience with multi-country rollouts and large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Track program progress against scope, schedule, and KPIs.
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and health indicators (RAG status).
• Ensure transparency and timely escalation of deviations and risks.
• Maintain centralized risk and issue registers (RAID log).
• Drive usage of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for project tracking, quality gates, monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, Quality Gates (QG), and QMS processes.
• Support tollgate reviews, track program progress against scope, schedule, and KPIs.

Job description
