Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is looking for a Project Coordinator in Espoo to support project managers in executing upgrade and modernization projects using SAP. The role requires at least three years of administrative experience and excellent skills in MS Office and SAP.

The ideal candidate is co-operative, flexible, and has a team player attitude. This fixed-term contract position offers a supportive work environment and is available as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in administrative tasks or as a project coordinator.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with upgrade and modernization projects using SAP.
• Maintain and enter time sheets into SAP.
• Ensure projects are created, forecasted, updated, invoiced, and closed.

Skills

MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerBI)

SAP (preferably Principal Company Model)

Fluent English

Education

Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
