Job summary

KONE is seeking a professional to support Local IT Solutions and coordinate with global IT teams to align roadmaps and policies with business needs. The role involves acting as a local IT liaison, enabling access to contacts, guiding policy adoption, and assisting with site moves and continuity processes.

You will engage with local users to identify service improvements and collaborate across regions to implement changes while managing workstation assets and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support Local IT Solutions employees and roadmaps to align implementations with Local IT Product Policy.
• Represent KONE IT to local business; help find contacts within KONE IT as needed.
• Inform local business on global KONE policies, standards, and IT-related processes.
• Escalate local business issues to KONE IT Product Teams via Product Owner/Ops Lead.
• Identify contacts and local setup knowledge to connect local and global IT resources.
• Engage with local users to find improvements in service experience; implement with global teams.
• Organize workstation asset management: hardware orders, asset maintenance, and budgeting.
• Support site moves/openings/closures and ensure business continuity; liaise with Connectivity Team.
• Manage user communications with frontlines, countries and Supply Lines; coordinate with KTI.
• Collaborate to align local IT needs with global IT products, acting as interface for Local IT solutions.
• Role levels vary by site size; details agreed for each position.
