Qualifications

• 7+ années d'expérience en consulting SAP avec concentration sur S/4HANA.
• Capacité à traduire les besoins d'affaires en solutions SAP.
• Communication efficace en suédois et anglais.

Responsibilities

• Livrer des projets d'implémentation SAP S/4HANA de bout en bout.
• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour l'intégration des solutions.
• Préparer des spécifications fonctionnelles et des blueprints.

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects
- Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and define business processes
- Design, configure, and document solutions across one or more SAP functional areas (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for successful solution integration
- Prepare blueprints and functional specifications
- Support testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities
- Participate in presales activities and contribute to solution proposals

Skills:
- 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA
- Deep expertise in one or more key SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Experience in project management or presales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (other languages are an advantage)
- Willingness and availability to travel if the project requires it
