Job summary

Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, seeks an IT Solution Manager, Sales in Espoo. You will lead Sales IT improvement projects and drive service quality.

You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, process development and with IT vendors globally, ensuring Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud alignment and cost-efficient operations. This is a full-time, permanent role in Espoo, Finland.

Qualifications

• Profound knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
• Experience in solution design, system development, testing and deployments
• Experience in Salesforce configurations and integrations
• Experience in project work in multi-site and multi-vendor environment
• Several years of relevant work experience including experience in Sales related IT development

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Sales IT improvement projects and small enhancements
• Act as project manager for smaller initiatives or lead a workstream in larger projects
• Ensure service quality and cost efficiency of support services
• Provide functional and architectural direction for your area of responsibility
