Job summary

Rovaniemi Insider is seeking energetic Sales Representatives for the upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi. You will interact with international guests and offer them unforgettable Lapland experiences and services, aiming to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

The contract runs from October/November through the end of March, with flexible shifts to fit the season. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other languages are a major advantage.
• Outgoing, goal-oriented sales attitude and enjoy customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible regarding working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid B-class driving license; experience in sales or tourism is a plus.

We are looking for energetic and sales-oriented Sales Representatives for the upcoming winter season for our client company Rovaniemi Insider. Our client is a well-known and high-quality travel experience company in the heart of Laplands tourism, based in the heart of Rovaniemi. In this role, you will interact with international guests and offer them unforgettable Lappish experiences and services.

The employment contracts will start flexibly during October-November and will last through the season until the end of March. The work is highly varied, fast-paced, and diverse, with shifts available at all times of the day according to the rhythm of the season. • Fluent English language skills, as the clientele is mainly international (other language skills are considered a major advantage).
• A brisk, outgoing, and goal-oriented sales attitude – you genuinely enjoy customer service and are not afraid to take action even in the middle of a rush.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility regarding working hours (readiness for morning, evening, and weekend shifts).
• A valid B-drivers license and previous experience in sales or the tourism industry are considered an advantage.
