What you will do
  • Manage and grow your territory with a strategic, data-driven approach (including a 3-year business plan).
  • Act as a trusted clinical partner: support surgical procedures, deliver product expertise, and provide training to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop new business by converting competitive accounts and opening new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to design tailored offers that maximize value for customers.
  • Build customer loyalty by ensuring reliability, credibility, and ethical partnership.
What you will need

Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, ideally within medical devices or another regulated industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex hospital environments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High commercial drive, strong analytical skills, and self-motivation.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting clinical procedures or working in an operating room setting.
  • Knowledge of orthopaedics, arthroscopy, or sports medicine products.
