Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a growing team in the intralogistics sector. You will be responsible for selling manual and semi-automated warehouse solutions such as vertical lifts and mobile racking systems to customers across Finland. This is a consultative sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle – from spotting new business opportunities and creating tailored proposals to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for intralogistics projects
  • Prepare customized proposals in collaboration with technical teams
  • Contribute actively to commercial targets and overall sales strategy
  • Keep accurate CRM records and track sales performance
  • Travel regularly across Finland
Who we’re looking for
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or project-based solutions
  • Good understanding of warehouse, intralogistics, automation, or logistics is a plus
  • Problem solver with a can-do mindset, actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
  • Based in Finland (Helsinki/Vantaa area) with a valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working independently, managing own territory and clients
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
