Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Industry Lead to drive sales of innovative nanocoating technologies and surface treatment solutions within the consumer electronics sector. This role will focus on managing key client relationships, supporting product trials, and uncovering new commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow dedicated sales accounts by offering nanocoating products and technical services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities globally, particularly in the consumer electronics industry (e.g., mobile devices, laptops)
  • Guide customers through product trials, technology validation, and integration processes
  • Actively support clients in optimizing their production processes with expert coating solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to business development initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Represent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and technical discussions
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and maintain CRM records

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
  • Proven sales or key account management experience in surface coatings or protective coating solutions for industrial or consumer electronics applications
  • In-depth understanding of key industry stakeholders: brand owners, OEMs, and their procurement/R&D/innovation teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and consultative approach
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Chinese or Vietnamese are a plus
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent
