Johtava lemmikkieläinruokayritys etsii kunnianhimoista Sales Manageria Suomeen ja Baltiaan. Tässä tärkeässä roolissa johdat myynnin kehittämistä ja kasvua alueella. Vaatimuksena on menestyksekäs tausta myynnissä, erityisesti elintarvikkeiden tai lemmikkieläinruokien alalla. Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, ideally within grocery or pet food sector.
  • Ability to inspire and lead with strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.

Overview

Sales Manager Finland & Baltics Join Snellman Petfoods Growth Journey. Do you have a passion for animals, quality, and building successful partnerships? Snellman Petfood, the Nordic leader in fresh food for dogs and cats, is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager for Finland & the Baltics. In this key role, you’ll shape our growth in Finland while leading our expansion into the Baltic markets.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing our sales in Finland and the Baltics
  • Setting and delivering on sales targets, budgets, and forecasts
  • Winning new business and nurturing existing accounts
  • Building long-term partnerships with key retailers and distributors
  • Establishing and growing export sales in the Baltic region
  • Tracking performance and reporting results to the Sales Director
What you bring / Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales, ideally within grocery, specialty retail, or the pet food sector
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire and lead
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of results
