Job Description: Sales Executive (m/f/x)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive in Finland to join our dynamic Personal Safety Division team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M safety solutions. The product groups you will work with include respiratory protection, welding protection, head, eye, face and fall protection, and hearing protection solutions.

The Role

As a Sales executive in 3M Personal Safety Division for the West part of Finland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition of 3M Personal Safety products through proposals and presentations.
  • Providing end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the personal safety or industrial sector through education or work experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
